Delete your SteelRework: AI Agent account

Delete on the website

1. Open steelrework.com in a browser and sign in to the SteelRework: AI Agent account you want to delete.
2. Open Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account.
3. Enter УДАЛИТЬ or DELETE and request confirmation codes.
4. Enter the codes from every linked verified channel—email and/or Telegram. Deletion takes effect after the final code is confirmed.

Delete in the Android app

Open Profile menu → Settings → Account → Delete account. Enter the confirmation phrase and verification codes.

If a Google Play subscription is active

An active subscription temporarily blocks account deletion. Cancel it in Google Play and wait until the paid period ends, or contact the published support channel to request a refund and immediate subscription revocation.

When the subscription is no longer active, repeat the deletion path above; the request continues after the block is removed.

If you cannot access the account or a code

Contact support with your account identifier and an available contact method. Do not send passwords, tokens, or verification codes. Support may request a safe ownership check.

What is permanently deleted

Deletion is irreversible after the final code is confirmed. SteelRework: AI Agent deletes:

• the account, profile, sessions, and linked sign-in methods;
• chats, messages, and agent memory;
• uploaded and generated files, projects, and workspaces;
• Minecraft worlds and compute resources created for the account;
• activity and other content linked to the account.

The only retained item

If the account had a verified phone number, only its keyed irreversible cryptographic digest—not the phone number itself—is retained for 30 days. The digest cannot be converted back into the number; it is used only to prevent repeat registration and fraud and expires after 30 days.
