Payment and access terms

1. What the user purchases

The user purchases remote access to the selected SteelRework plan for 30 calendar days. Included features, limits, and the final amount are displayed on the pricing page before payment.

2. Prices and payment method

Current prices for each 30-day plan are published on the pricing page. RUB checkout is a one-time SBP payment handled on the provider’s secure page. The final amount, including any available discount or upgrade credit, is shown before checkout.

3. Activation and delivery

After the provider confirms a successful payment, access is activated automatically in the account that started checkout. No physical delivery is required. If activation is delayed, contact support with the account ID, payment date, and amount without sharing card details.

4. No trial or automatic charges

The current checkout does not save a bank card or SBP account, provide a free trial, or authorize recurring charges. When the paid term ends, the account returns to the available free tier. Renewal requires a new explicit user action.

5. Refunds

Duplicate or erroneous charges and technical failure to provide paid access are reviewed individually. Submit a request within 14 days to Tim-xa@bk.ru with the account ID, date, and amount. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Payment provider and receipt

Payment is handled by the provider identified at checkout. SteelRework does not receive a card number, expiry date, or CVC. The self-employed merchant issues a receipt through the Russian Federal Tax Service “My Tax” system and sends it using the supplied email or another agreed contact.

7. Future subscriptions

A saved payment method, trial, or automatic renewal may be used only after that scenario is separately enabled. Checkout will first show the amount, frequency, first charge date, cancellation method, and request separate consent. Until those elements appear at checkout, no automatic charges are made.
