This document is an offer by self-employed merchant Timofey Evgenyevich Kharitonov, Tax ID 772481149706 (the “Merchant”), to enter into an agreement for SteelRework digital services on the terms below.
SteelRework is an online service providing AI tools, user request and file processing, workspaces, server features, and other capabilities shown on the website. The user accepts this offer by registering, selecting the relevant consent checkbox, subscribing, paying, or using the service.
The user confirms legal capacity to enter into the agreement. A paid subscription may be purchased independently by an adult; a minor requires legal guardian consent where applicable law requires it.
The Merchant provides remote access to SteelRework features within the selected plan, and the User follows these terms and pays for paid services. The service is digital and begins when access is activated in the account.
AI output may contain inaccuracies and must be reviewed by the User. SteelRework is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other advice.
Prices are shown in Russian rubles and include the Merchant’s applicable taxes. The current one-time payment is handled by the provider on its secure page without saving the payment method. Payment is complete once the provider confirms a successful transaction.
The Merchant issues a professional income tax receipt through the Russian Federal Tax Service “My Tax” system. To receive it, the User provides a valid email address or another agreed contact.
The paid plan lasts 30 days. There is currently no trial, saved card, or automatic renewal. After the term ends, another payment requires the user’s explicit action.
Payment and access termsRefunds for erroneous or duplicate payments or failure to provide paid access are handled under the published payment terms and mandatory consumer protection law.
The User must:
The Merchant may temporarily restrict access for security threats, abuse of free resources, overdue payment, or violations of law or these terms. Where practical, the User is informed of the reason and recovery path. An erroneous restriction can be appealed through support.
Rights in the SteelRework platform, interface, and materials belong to the Merchant or respective rights holders. The User retains rights in uploaded content and grants the permission technically needed to process it for the requested task. The legal status of AI output depends on applicable law and model provider terms.
The service uses reasonable availability and security measures, but features may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, model providers, networks, or other circumstances. Confirmed faults are addressed within a reasonable period. Liability is not limited where applicable law prohibits such limitation.
The data categories, purposes, providers, retention, and deletion methods are described in the Privacy Policy. Full payment credentials are entered with the payment provider and are not disclosed to SteelRework.
Privacy PolicyA revised version is published here with its update date. Changes do not shorten an already paid access term. A new price applies only to a new payment explicitly started by the user.
Russian Federation law applies. Before litigation, the parties attempt to resolve disputes by email at Tim-xa@bk.ru. Requests are reviewed within a reasonable period, usually no more than 10 calendar days. Mandatory jurisdiction and consumer rights remain unaffected.
